I was fairly certain I had strep throat and I was supposed to have a 10 hour day at work. I left for an extended lunch to get seen at PCA. Office was clean and front desk staff was polite and helpful. Despite not having an appointment Eric saw me extremely quickly. He was patient, gracious, knowledgeable, and conscientious of my financial situation. He used his medical expertise to recommend a swab that diagnosed more than just strep throat and I’m glad he did because I actually ended up having a few things. No wonder I was so sick! He sent my antibiotics to my usual pharmacy, but we determined it would be quicker to get them filled at Bernie’s and he had no problem changing it. Will keep him in mind for future urgent care needs, and will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.

The staff was very professional! This was my first time in a very long time doing pre-employment checks for a new company. I walked into the clinic without a scheduled appointment. I believe I spent less than an hour on-site. Everyone was clear spoken and communicated well for each task. 10/10

I saw Eric Suoja today at Primary Care walk in clinic. Eric is really professional and on top of everything! This is the second time I have seen Eric over the years. Eric takes the time to ask thorough questions and listens to your response. Most medical professionals in Anchorage, Alaska don't provide the same level of care. I would really recommend Primary Care walk in clinic at 4100 Lake Otis parkway, Anchorage.

I appreciated how easily Eric explained things when I asked questions, rather than just saying it would be on the paperwork I’d receive. Overall, my walk-in was fast and easy, and I felt comfortable throughout.

Very quick. No wait and was seen immediately. I made a visit to here during my lunch break because I was feeling so miserable with what I thought was strep throat. I felt I had a knife wrapped in sand paper in my throat. My head felt like someone been sitting on it along with a bad cough and runny nose. Eric recommended a throat culture that tested for 14 different virus and it came back for the flu. Everyone in the clinic was courtseous, friendly and profesional as well being clean. Would recommend and come back if needed.

Friendly. Very helpful, efficient, kind, compassionate staff, as was Dr. Suoja. Grateful to have found this practice. (Specifically, I wanted to leave a shout out for Cassidy who works in the front office. She is an asset to this practice offering customer service that is just taken to the next level. Eric has taken care of me for multiple urgent care issues over several years. He is extremely thorough in his examination. He takes the time to listen and get to the root causes of issues. I have been extremely satisfied with him and the PCA team. They are my first choice and I have recommended them to several family members. Thankful to have such a good car team in Anchorage.
